Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Prepare and maintain important reports
- Perform general ledger activities such as:
- Bank entries & bank reconciliation
- Sales & purchase invoice booking
- Passing journal entries
- MIS activities including AR & AP reports, gross profit analysis, and expense analysis
- Prepare accounts for US-based clients in the prescribed format using Excel and relevant software
- Prepare weekly work status reports in Excel
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Requirements:
- Educational qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter
- 6 months to 2 years of international accounting experience
- Experience in team handling is a plus
- Proficient in comprehension and communication
