US Accounting Associate

Role: US Accounting Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Coimbatore, TamilNadu- Onsite

Eligibility: B.Com / M.Com graduates (0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply)

Timings: Standard USA EST timings: 6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST

Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software.

- Prepare and update invoices.

- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

- Maintain documentation for audits and internal records.

- Support senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Collaborate with teams to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

- Knowledge in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work in US shifts.
