- Preparing financial reports
- Updating Cash Flows, Actual and Forecasts
- Preparing periodic investor reporting
- Lead with providing tax and audit information until finalized
- Ensuring financial reporting deadlines are met
Reconciliations:
- Reconciliation with Bank Statements
- Reconciling general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and other accounts
- Reconcile Forecasted NOI versus actual
- Investigating accounting irregularities, mistakes, or potential fraud
Cash Flow
- Submit AP and process payments
- Calculate Reimbursements
- Process Distributions
- Servicing
Corporate & Data Collection
- Corporate filings for all entities managed
- Data collection it being backup or more information/support
- Payment Research
- Gather requirements from investments such as insurance, K1s, and their financials.
