US Accountant

Job Description: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Accounting processes, QuickBooks, and strong communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strong knowledge of US Accounting. 
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, payroll processing, budgeting, and troubleshooting accounting discrepancies. 
• Experience in AP, AR, and general ledger accounting. 
• Knowledge of standard business contracts such as MSAs and SOWs. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 
• Experience working with US-based clients. 
• Prior exposure to payroll processing and financial audits.
