Experience: 710 years in infrastructure/civil projects

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for our Multimodal Transport Hub project. This role is essential to ensure cost control, value engineering, and financial efficiency throughout the planning and execution stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Develop cost estimates and budgets for all civil and structural components.

Assist in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQs), and procurement schedules.

Evaluate contractor bids and support in contract negotiations.

Monitor project costs and flag budget deviations during the planning and execution phases.

Work closely with planners, engineers, and procurement teams to align financials with the construction schedule.

Support value engineering and cost-saving strategies.

Prepare financial progress reports, cash flow projections, and cost control documentation.

Qualications:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering.

710 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or transport projects.

Proficient in MS Excel and ACAD etc.

Strong understanding of contract types (EPC, PPP, DBFOT) and procurement methods.

Familiarity with IS codes, MoRTH, and IRC specifications.

Preferred:

Experience in multimodal or urban transport infrastructure projects.

Certification from RICS/CEAI or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
