Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events and marketing campaigns to promote the company's real estate projects
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns
• Host events, conduct presentations, and engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
• Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness
• Track and analyze the performance of events and campaigns, and provide reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform event and marketing strategies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-10+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
• Flexibility to work on weekends and travel as needed
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
