Description
We are urgently hiring for an experienced staff nurse to join our IVF team at our JP Nagar location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reproductive health and a passion for providing compassionate care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing IVF treatments.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs throughout the IVF process.
- Assist with egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other IVF-related procedures.
- Educate patients about treatment protocols, medications, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Administer medications and manage patient reactions effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in nursing, preferably in reproductive medicine or IVF.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in India.
- Strong knowledge of IVF procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
