We are urgently hiring a Store Supervisor for our Silk Apparels industry located in Vijaynaagar, India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring that all products are well displayed and stocked.
- Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive profitability.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development of store promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in retail management or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of the silk apparel industry and current fashion trends is a plus.
