Belanadur is urgently hiring for the position of Store Manager / Senior Store Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure effective management of staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control and merchandising standards.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management regarding store performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role (3-20 years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with retail software and reporting tools.
