We are urgently hiring for the position of Senior Store Executive for our Jewellery Store in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery and a strong background in retail sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items
- Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends and inventory
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Train and mentor junior staff members on sales techniques and product knowledge
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-8 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of jewellery products, including precious metals and gemstones
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
