We are urgently hiring for the position of Secretary/Executive Assistant/Personal Secretary at our Belagavi office. This role is crucial in supporting our management team and ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain and manage filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and clients, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications
