We are urgently hiring a Female Warden for our hostel in Chikkaballapur, India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in social work or hostel management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the women's hostel.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
• Assist residents with their needs and concerns in a supportive manner.
• Organize activities and events to foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Maintain records related to resident admissions and departures.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise among residents in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.or any qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
• Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic administrative skills to manage records and reports.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents.

Salary 18 to 23k based on experience
