We are urgently hiring a Female Warden for our hostel in Chikkaballapur, India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in social work or hostel management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the women's hostel.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Assist residents with their needs and concerns in a supportive manner.
- Organize activities and events to foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Maintain records related to resident admissions and departures.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise among residents in a timely and effective manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.or any qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
- Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic administrative skills to manage records and reports.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents.
Salary 18 to 23k based on experience
