We are urgently hiring for the position of Jewellery Store Manager at Yelahanka Galleria Mall. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, specifically in the jewellery industry, and will be responsible for leading our team to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store in Yelahanka Galleria Mall.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Supervise and train staff to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee the procurement of jewellery.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery sector.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve targets through effective customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
