We are urgently hiring for a Jewellery Store Executive/Manager at our Indiranagar location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery and retail, with experience in managing store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product knowledge.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
• Organize and display merchandise to enhance customer experience.
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery design and materials.
• Ability to manage a team and oversee operations.
• Proficiency in handling POS systems and cash management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
