Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery that meets their needs and preferences.
• Provide product knowledge and information about the different types of diamonds and jewellery available.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase the jewellery effectively.
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of diamond jewellery and gemstones is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems.
• Basic mathematics skills for handling transactions.
