We are urgently hiring for a Day Shift Nurse at our Cancer Hospital in Banashankari, India. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to oncology patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients during day shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in patient education regarding treatment plans and medications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient and family support initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Strong knowledge of oncology nursing practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
