Role Description

BROWNROOF is urgently hiring for a full-time on-site role located in Thane. The position involves working within an international BPO for US/UK voice processes, focusing on delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include efficiently handling customer inquiries, resolving queries, and providing support for products and services. Professionals with experience in US/UK voice processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to handle interactions effectively in US/UK voice processes
• Customer Service and Sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive conversions
• Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer queries thoughtfully
• Knowledge of Finance processes or terminologies is advantageous
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive in a team setting
• Availability to work on-site in Thane and accommodate flexible schedules as required

Salary Offered: Up to 40,000/month
