We are urgently hiring for an Automation Lead to join our team in Yelachenahalli, India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation engineering and will be responsible for leading the automation team to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the automation team to design, develop, and implement automation solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and systems.
- Monitor and optimize automated systems for performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-16 years of experience in automation engineering with Python Automation Selenium skills are Mandatory
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium with Python skills
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
