URGENT Senior Business Analyst BCL

Responsibilities

. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, assess performance, and support strategic decision-making.

. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable solutions.

. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor key business initiatives and KPIs.

. Prepare data-driven presentations and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and support planning and implementation of projects.

. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation processes.

. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

. Lead or mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support for business and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or related functions.

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

. Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

. Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or multinational corporations will be advantageous.
