Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Travel Executive with hands-on experience in GDS systems such as Amadeus Sabre(Both GDS experience applicant ). Your expertise will help strengthen our operations, and in return, youll gain exposure to innovative workflows and new ways of working in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds using GDS systems
- Manage domestic and international bookings efficiently
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Ensure accuracy in fares, taxes, and itineraries
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve booking-related queries
- Follow company processes while contributing ideas for improvement
Required Skills Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Amadeus Sabre GDS
- Experience in flight booking and ticketing operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with strong GDS training and practical exposure may also apply.
