Position: SEO Team Lead
Shift Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
Experience & Eligibility
- Experience: 4 to 6 Years
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
- Strong English Communication Skills Required
- Salary: Up to ₹50,000
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team and projects
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Oversee on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, URLs, content)
- Plan and execute link-building strategies
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements
- Handle client communication and reporting
- Guide team members and ensure the timely delivery of tasks
- Work closely with content and development teams
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
- Expertise in on-page, off-page & technical SEO
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
- Experience in handling multiple projects and team coordination
- Understanding of Social Media Optimization
