Urgent Requirement for SAP BASIS + S4 Hana Consultants

We have an wonderful opportunity for SAP BASIS + S4 Hana Consultants who can work from Pune location.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the team in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of the critical systems & application for different customers

Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager

Shall work on 24 x 7 rotational basis to ensure services for different customers is delivered for the critical systems

BCP Team need to closely monitor the Remote SAP Basis AppMon Teams working across multiple locations

Always ensure Service Continuity to all customers across different delivery teams

Advising team members & management on issues and needed adjustments.

Keep a close watch on the AppMon consultant's day to day activities and highlights risks and issues observed in a prompt manner to the Service Delivery Mgt. team.

Sample Reviews of the technical work being delivered by Basis Consultants towards customers and suggest improvement, feedback if any.

Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the basis technical issues to the customer Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules

Need to be aware of Quality Process and Procedures for Monitoring & AMS area

Create & maintain shift roster for the BCP Team

Desired Skills and Experience : 4 + years of experience managing SAP technologies as a basis administrator in a medium or large size firms Experience in SAP BASIS in multiple SAP Products S/4 HANA, BW Should have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills Personal Skills: Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good team player and quick learner. Good Analytical abilities
