Key Skills Requirements
- Candidate must be from a System Integrator (SI) background.
- Strong solution selling experience in Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Networking domains.
- Extensive experience handling large and mid-enterprise accounts.
- Strong OEM connections with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Extron, Crestron, HP, Poly, Logitech, MTR Zoom, Fortinet, Pala Alto etc.
- Exposure to get high-ticket sales and purchase orders.
- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic sales professional from a System Integrator (SI) background with strong expertise in solution selling across Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Networking domains. The role involves managing enterprise accounts, driving high-value deals, and building strategic OEM partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive solution-based sales across enterprise and mid-market customers
- Manage and grow large and mid-enterprise accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and generate high-value pipelines
- Work closely with OEMs like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HP, Poly, Logitech, Extron, Crestron, Zoom (MTR)
- Design and position end-to-end technology solutions aligned with client needs
- Lead the complete sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure PO acquisition
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and margins
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for successful execution
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment
- Established relationships with leading OEMs
- Demonstrated success in closing high-ticket deals and enterprise POs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
