Urgent Requirement for Project Manager (Mechanical / Piping) in Qatar

A project manager plans and oversees initiatives, such as a detailed study of scope of work and schedule, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Creating a work plan and assigning tasks, managing the project budget and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery. The duties, responsibilities, skills and background for a project manager role listed below.

• Creating project plans that include tasks, milestones and timelines
• Detailed study of contracts documents,
• Identifying and finding solutions for potential risks, such as budget constraints or delays from client.
• Maintain proper discipline on site among staff & workers. 
• Managing the budget and allocating resources
• Monitoring progress and setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals
• Updating clients and executives through meetings or via communication platforms.
• Evaluating the quality of work products by using customer feedback

·        project safety and environment policy is adhered to in totality during all phases of construction; pre commissioning

·        should know productivity in Piping works

·        Interacts with lead engineers to monitor progress that is achieved –actual vs planned progress. Raises the flags wherever delays are anticipated and ensure proper notification in case of delay or additional works w.r.t contract given to client to take necessary corrective / pre-emptive actions to adhere to schedule

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical) with a specialization in piping (preferred; but not a must)
