Urgent Requirement For PPC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling:
• Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders, available inventory, and manufacturing capacity.
• Process Monitoring & Optimization:
• Continuously monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
• Work closely with production managers, engineers, and quality teams to align processes with customer expectations and organizational goals.
• Production Data Management:
• Maintain accurate production records, analyze performance data, and generate reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Quality Control:
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet or exceed defined standards.
• Vendor & Material Coordination:
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Technical Support:
• Provide guidance and support to shop-floor personnel, assisting in resolving operational issues to ensure smooth production flow.
• Project Management:
• Apply project management skills to handle timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
