Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer based in Mathura. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, preparing course material, mentoring students, delivering in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and ensuring students are well-prepared for industry challenges. Additional responsibilities involve keeping course content updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Training skills to effectively deliver content and mentor students.
- Proficiency in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to teach current best practices and strategies.
- Sales experience to help students understand digital marketing's impact on achieving business goals.
- Passion for teaching, adaptability to different learning styles, and the ability to engage learners of varying skill levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in training or a similar role would be advantageous.
