Urgent Requirement fo Electrical & Intrumentation Project Manager for Qatar

An Electrical Project Manager oversees electrical construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Who will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams while ensuring all installations comply with strict safety regulations, electrical codes, and client specifications.

Core Responsibilities

·        Project Planning & Scheduling: Define technical requirements, outline timescales, and develop comprehensive, step-by-step project plans.

·        Budget & Commercial Management: Prepare project estimates, manage costs, track variations, deviation with respect contracts to be notified to client in proper way and oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

·        Team Leadership: Direct site management staff, mentor E & I Engineers, supervisors & foreman, and coordinate daily sequences of work with clients. Identifying and finding solutions for potential risks, such as budget constraints or delays from client. Maintain proper discipline on site among staff & workers

·        Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous health and safety standards (such as OSHA mandates), supervise quality assurance (QA/QC) checks, and conduct on-site inspections.

·        Risk Management: Analyze, forecast, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery without exceeding allocated resources

Key Qualifications & Skills

·        Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (a professional electrical license is Preferable).

·        Experience: 20 -25 years of experience in electrical construction management, including estimating and managing large-scale, big jobs and experience of handling +1000 manpower on site.

·        Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical systems, Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and reading/reviewing technical blueprints.

·        Soft Skills: Outstanding problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication skills required for coordinating with stakeholders, clients,
