Hiring: US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment and strong knowledge of the US recruitment process.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring processes
• Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and staffing requirements
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate rates, salaries, and terms with candidates when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of US IT Recruitment and staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts
