Marketing Manager Wealth Management Industry

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and

monitoring marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads,

and support business growth for the wealth management division. This role requires

strong industry knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage multi-

channel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals for wealth

management products and services.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media,

website updates).

Manage content creation, including brochures, case studies, investor presentations,

video scripts, and newsletters.

Support sales teams with marketing materials, lead-generation programs, and client

engagement initiatives.

Conduct market research to understand customer segments, competition, and

emerging trends.

Coordinate branding activities and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Manage event planning, seminars, investor meets, and promotional activities.

Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.

Maintain relationships with external agencies, design teams, and media partners.

Ensure strong internal communication with product, compliance, and sales teams.

Experience in ATL BTL activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/MBA in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

37 years of marketing experience (wealth management, mutual funds, NBFC, BFSI

preferred).

Strong understanding of investment products (MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds,

Retirement Planning, etc.)

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Add's, CRM, email

platforms).

Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
