Job Description Lead Qualification Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Qualification & Tele-Sales Executive who will qualify incoming leads, understand customer requirements, suggest suitable insurance and mutual fund products, and drive closures over the call.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80100 connected calls per day for lead qualification and conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend need-based Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
- Explain product features clearly and close sales on the same call wherever possible.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects to improve conversion rate.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on interested leads to improve closure probability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex cases or escalations when required.
- Update CRM with accurate remarks, dispositions, and follow-up information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and productivity targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident customer handling with effective objection-handling skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and lead dispositioning.
- Understanding of Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Mutual Funds.
- Ability to explain products clearly and convert leads efficiently.
Eligibility
- Candidate must be a graduate with any degree.
- 24 years of proven experience in tele-sales or insurance sales, with a strong track record of conversions and target achievement; candidates from the insurance sector will be an added advantage.
