Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, personalized consultation experiences, understand client aspirations, and recommend effective hair restoration solutions tailored to their needs and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed hair and scalp assessments to identify the stage and cause of hair loss.
• Educate clients on causes of hair loss and available treatment options through one-on-one counseling.
• Recommend customized procedures and products using visual aids to set realistic expectations.
• Achieve daily consultation goals and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure a premium consultation experience.
• Collaborate with the studio team to drive overall business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and contribute strategically to studio success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in consultative or high-value sales roles.
• Preferred age: 32 years and above.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in one-on-one sales interactions with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Confident, self-motivated, and customer-centric with a professional demeanor.
