Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative
Social Media Specialist who can elevate our brand presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of executing impactful social media strategies, conducting reputation audits, and consistently improving engagement and reach.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and others.
- Plan and execute daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Conduct periodic social media and online reputation audits to assess brand health and identify improvement areas.
- Generate insights and propose new, creative ideas to strengthen the company's digital presence.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay ahead with relevant strategies.
- Measure, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools; recommend corrective actions for underperforming platforms.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 6 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and social media analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to grow, uplift, and improve brand social media performance.
- Experience in conducting brand or reputation audits and suggesting improvement strategies.
- Proficiency with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field (preferred).
