Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will act as the senior point of contact for managing ongoing client relationships while identifying and closing new business opportunities. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, communication expertise, and agency experience to support client growth and internal business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the brand custodian for assigned clients and maintain consistent engagement
- Lead and manage day-to-day interactions with existing clients
- Identify specific business problems and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop new business opportunities and lead pitch processes
- Collaborate with planning, creative, and delivery teams for integrated campaigns
- Accountable for revenue growth and achieving business development targets
