Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build or grow their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate and follow up on hiring decisions
- Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets
