Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent for international voice process roles.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct virtual interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms of employment, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all candidate information and recruitment processes are accurately documented and compliant with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for international voice process roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and methods (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to screen, assess, and select candidates based on job requirements.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
