Job Description

Execute and supervise substation construction projects within Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical facilities.
Monitor day-to-day site construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and client teams for smooth project execution.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents before implementation.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to substation projects.
Monitor resource utilization, material availability, and construction progress at site.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction phase.
Identify construction challenges and provide timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a safe working environment at site.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives during execution activities.
Support project completion, handover documentation, and close-out activities.
