Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager or Sr. Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising or marketing communications and be adept at handling client servicing, campaign execution, and business development. This role reports directly to the Branch Head and requires cross-functional coordination with internal teams to deliver impactful communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate marketing and advertising projects/campaigns from inception to final execution
- Act as the main liaison between assigned clients and internal teams including creative, technology, and digital
- Develop and present integrated marketing plans based on client briefs
- Conduct regular client meetings, gather briefs, present concepts, and provide updates and reports
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services to existing clients to increase revenue
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards across all campaigns and client communications
- Monitor project performance and ensure client satisfaction
