Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 2–8 years of payroll experience, preferably in BFSI or Mutual Fund sector.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software
• Good understanding of Indian labor laws and taxation.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
