Position : Warehouse Store Manager

Location : Govandi(E)in Mumbai

Education : Any Graduate

Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse

Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager / Head Warehouse

Job Summary: The Warehouse Store Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse and store operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The role ensures stock accuracy, compliance with food safety standards, and uninterrupted support to production and distribution operations.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical verification.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices for food products.
• Ensure proper documentation of GRN, stock transfers, dispatch, and inventory records.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate work, and monitor productivity.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety and company standards.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in the FMCG, food, or bakery industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
