We are seeking an experienced
US Payroll HR Specialist to support payroll administration and HR operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US payroll processes, direct deposit procedures, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage US payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate direct deposit setup and payroll-related inquiries.
- Support HR consulting activities and employee relations.
- Assist clients with payroll platform setup and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and HR policies.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports as required.
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients and employees.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Proven experience in US Payroll Processing.
- Experience in US HR Operations and Employee Management.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (US hours).
- Knowledge of payroll software and HR platforms.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses is preferred.
