Salary: 25,000–60,000 In-Hand Per Month

Salary & Eligibility

25,000–35,000 In-Hand

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers can apply
• BPO or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills mandatory

35,000–50,000 In-Hand

• Relevant International BPO Voice Process experience mandatory
• UAN verification required
• Previous employment documents and valid work experience proof mandatory

50,000–60,000 In-Hand

• Graduation mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of International BPO Voice Process experience
• Strong English communication and customer-handling skills
• UAN verification and previous employment documents mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for an international process
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions
• Maintain customer service and quality standards
• Achieve process-specific productivity targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation

Important Information

• Salary depends on relevant experience, communication skills, interview performance and process requirements.
• For packages above 35,000 per month, UAN verification and previous employment documents are required.
• For packages of 50,000–60,000 per month, graduation and a minimum of 3 years of relevant International BPO Voice Process experience are mandatory.
