Job Title: SAP FICO Project Manager

Location: Bhopal – On-site

This is a full-time, on-site SAP Project Manager role based in Bhopal. The SAP Project Manager will oversee end-to-end SAP project implementation, including planning, scope definition, resource coordination, and timeline management.

The role involves aligning SAP solutions with business processes, particularly in plant maintenance and related operational areas, and ensuring system configurations support business objectives.

The individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into SAP functionality.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, coordinating testing and user training, and supporting go-live and post-implementation stabilization to ensure system performance and user adoption.

• Candidates should possess strong SAP Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP-related processes.

• Candidates should possess experience in Plant Maintenance within SAP or similar enterprise systems, with an understanding of asset and maintenance workflows.

• Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge and experience in Project Implementation to align system capabilities with operational requirements.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field are preferred.

• Experience leading SAP projects in EPC, construction, or infrastructure organizations will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, along with the ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, are essential.

• Familiarity with change management, user training, and post-implementation support in SAP environments will be beneficial.
