Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

Parkview Design & Engineering is looking for an experienced MEP Design Engineer to support commercial construction projects across the United States. We welcome candidates with strong technical drawing skills, knowledge of U.S. building codes, and experience preparing permit-ready MEP drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing permit drawings.

Design HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and plumbing systems.

Prepare load calculations, panel schedules, riser diagrams, and construction details.

Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans.

Revise drawings based on U.S. city and county plan-review comments.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant MEP design experience.

Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit experience preferred.

Familiarity with U.S. building codes and commercial construction projects.

Previous experience preparing U.S. permit drawings strongly preferred.

Good English communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Your portfolio must include:

At least 5 completed MEP projects demonstrating your technical capabilities.

A variety of project scales: at least one small, one medium, and one large project.

Relevant MEP drawing sets, such as HVAC layouts, electrical plans, plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schedules, calculations, and construction details, as applicable to each project.

Examples of U.S. commercial projects, if available.

No presentation is required. Simply combine your CV and project drawings into one PDF. Include complete project work rather than isolated drawing samples. Only share work you are authorized to disclose.
