O2C Collections Executive for a reputed organization in
Pune . Candidates should have hands-on experience in
Order-to-Cash collections, Accounts Receivable, customer payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and ERP systems .
Location: Pune
Experience: 24 Years
Salary: 5.5 LPA
Shift: Flexible for US Shift
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete O2C Collections cycle for customer accounts
- Follow up with customers through calls/emails for overdue invoices
- Track receivables and reduce aging balances
- Resolve invoice disputes, deductions, delayed payments, and short payments
- Coordinate with Billing, Finance, and Sales teams for closure
- Update customer follow-up notes in ERP system
- Perform customer account reconciliation and statement sharing
- Support cash application payment posting process
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on collections
- Ensure SLA adherence and internal compliance controls
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2+ Years experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable / O2C
- Good communication negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in US Shift
- Immediate joiners preferred
