Roles and Responsibility:
- Network Implementation: Develop and deploy scalable and secure network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and cloud integrations.
- Network Security: Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security measures to protect network integrity.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Wireshark to monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed network documentation and generate regular performance reports.
- Project Management: Oversee network-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), network hardware (Switches, firewalls, Wireless), and network management tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
