We are currently looking for an L1 server engineer with 1-3 years of Experience. As an L1 server engineer, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Windows-based systems. He will work with a team to ensure the stability, reliability, and security of the IT infrastructure, while providing technical support for end-users.

• Performance Monitoring of servers (Disk / CPU Usage monitoring)
• Basic Troubleshooting for Server OS and log Monitoring.
• Configuration changes in the servers as directed by customer IT Team.
• Coordination with the customer's IT Team and vendor team for IT Infra support.
• Active directory user management.
• Security patch updates for Windows Desktops and servers.
• Knowledge of any ticketing tool for logging calls.
• Understanding of Windows Server OS.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and document new tools.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
