Urgent Hiring | Head Projects & Operations

Our client is urgently looking out for a Head – Projects & Operations to lead project execution, operations, and asset performance for a growing renewable energy and infrastructure business.

Location:Thane

Experience: 10+ years

Qualification:B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning and engineering coordination to commissioning and client handover.

* Manage project budgets, cost control, profitability, timelines, and commercial closure.

* Oversee EPC project delivery, contractor management, quality, and safety.

* Drive operations and maintenance (O&M), asset performance, and preventive maintenance.

* Monitor project progress, resolve execution bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.

* Lead project managers, site engineers, construction teams, and O&M teams.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

* 10+ years of experience in EPC, infrastructure project execution, and operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

* Proven experience managing multiple projects, budgets, contractors, and geographically dispersed teams.

* Strong understanding of project planning, EPC contracts, commissioning, cost control, and asset operations.

* Experience in solar or renewable energy projects(rooftop, ground-mounted, solar parks, BESS, and O&M) will be preferred.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
