Responsibilities:
- Outbound inbound calling
- Handling customer queries
- Explaining services clearly
- Follow-ups maintaining records
Requirements:
- Min 6 months experience in telecalling/customer support
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication convincing skills
Working Details:
- 6 Days Working (Monday Off)
- Office Timing: 10 AM 7 PM
Interview:
- Face to Face
- Tuesday to Friday
