Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales generated.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- High level of patience and empathy for customer concerns.
