We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to oversee daily operations of our poker room and ensure a smooth gaming experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, gaming, or club management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
• Ability to manage shifts and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of poker operations is preferred
• Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
  
  

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day floor operations
• Manage dealers and support staff
• Ensure smooth game flow and customer satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Maintain discipline and operational standards
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management
